1. We provide a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Additionally, please allow 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. Reverse pick-up services are available for your convenience. A reverse pick-up fee of Rs 100 will be deducted from your refund for each order, irrespective of the number of items in the order. This means if your order includes multiple items, only a single Rs 100 fee will be deducted for the entire order, not per item.
2. Pick-up attempts will be made twice. If the courier is unable to collect the package, you will need to send the shipment back to our company address. Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your area.
3. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, store credit will be issued within 1-2 working days after the return pick-up and will be sent to your registered email address or contact number.
4. Please ensure that the product(s) are returned in their original condition. Refunds will not be issued if the items are returned in poor condition or have been worn.
5. Allow up to 7 days for the return process and for the refund amount to appear in your bank account. Note: Refunds or bank transfers are only available for prepaid orders or online payments made through our website. COD payments will be credited as store credit, which can be used at any time.
6. Reward points or store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed in our store.
7. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

9. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
10. To uphold hygiene standards, returns are not accepted for certain product categories such as accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks, and innerwear (e.g., boxers, briefs, trunks). WTF reserves the right to modify the list of products or categories covered by this policy at its discretion and without prior notice.
Items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or similar promotions involving free products are not eligible for returns.

Ensure that items are securely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit. The ORDER ID and registered mobile number should be clearly mentioned on the packaging. All items must be unused, with original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the full amount plus INR 100 (for courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account for prepaid orders or as store credit (gift card) for COD orders.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not use The Professional Couriers for self-returns as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India entity with a widely distributed postal network in India.
Bank account details provided by the customer will be considered final, and any errors in the details provided by the customer will not be the responsibility of the brand.

Customers are responsible for taking utmost care of the product(s) while they are in their possession, including maintaining all instructions, documents, and wrappings. The product(s) should be returned in the same condition as received.
If the customer believes the product does not meet the standards at the time of delivery, they should promptly contact us via WhatsApp: Click here with details of the product and any damage within 1 day of receiving the products. We will provide instructions for the next steps.
Upon return of the product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if applicable) via email within a reasonable period. We aim to process refunds as soon as possible, and in any case, within 30 working days from the day we confirm via email that a refund is due.
