Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders below INR 2000 across all serviceable 560102.

How to place a return / exchange request?

- Visit the "Place your Return / Exchange Request" section on the website/app or click here to raise a return/exchange request for your order.

- Submit the required details as prompted.

- Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you would like to Return/Exchange.

Please note that the Return/Exchange request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be arranged within 2-3 working days by our courier partner. Once we receive the product, we will get in touch with you to confirm your request.

In addition, all returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and must be returned with the original packaging and tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.

Are there any additional charges for returns/exchanges?

A charge of INR 100 is levied for any return orders as a reverse shipment fee at the time of Refund.

How long will my order take to arrive?

The order usually takes 2-5 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities; however, for some pin codes, it might take a little more time. In case of delay, please get in touch with us on:

How would I know if my order is placed?

You will receive a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number. Additionally, we will notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

What happens if my shipment does not get delivered on time?

In case the order does not get delivered within 7-10 working days, you can contact us at:

Are there any shipping charges on delivery?

A shipping fee of INR 100/- is charged on all COD orders.

Do we ship outside india?

At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India. However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.

Cancellation, Return / Exchange & Refund
How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it via WhatsApp. You can also opt to cancel the order by clicking the "Cancel Order" button in the order confirmation message.

How do I return / exchange a product?

In case of returns/exchanges, visit the "Returns" section on the website or click here to raise a return request for your order. You will need to pack the product back in its original packaging (with tags) and hand it over to our courier partner. As soon as we receive it back in our warehouse, we will verify the item and issue a refund to the same account used for payment.

Please note that a handling fee of INR 100 is charged for returns.
Additionally, orders placed during any sale (e.g., BOGO) that include free products are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

What happens to orders where products are received in damaged condition?

We strive to maintain the highest quality standards; however, if you receive a damaged/defective product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Additionally, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged/defective product via:

If you fail to notify us within this timeframe, the return may not be processed.

What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I ordered?

We do our best to deliver the correct products on time, but in rare cases, if you receive a different/wrong product, please visit the "Returns" section on the website or click here to raise a return request for the incorrect order.

Within how many days of purchase can I return my order?

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

I have requested a replacement, when will I get it?

For returns/exchanges, the reverse pickup will be arranged within 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, where it undergoes a quality check. When will I get my refund?

It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, where it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for a return or the exchange request will be initiated within 72 hours.

Please note that if any promotional/coupon code was redeemed during the purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In the case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.

How do I get my refund for discounted items?

For orders placed with a discount that are returned, the discount will be waived, and the products will be billed at MRP. The balance amount will be refunded as store credit.

How do I get my refund for prepaid orders?

For prepaid orders, the refund mode depends on the payment method used for the order. The amount will be credited to your account within 2-3 working days. If not, please contact your respective bank.

Please note that if any promotional/coupon code was redeemed during the purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In the case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.

How do I get my refund for cash on delivery orders?
